I am inspired by the glamour of the 20s and 30s, the fantastic street art in Perth WA, vintage Vogue magazine covers, silent movies of the 1920s and fashion illustrations. I also enjoy painting animals and creating art for children. I am influenced by the works of Modigliani, Kees Van Dongen, Rene Gruau, Rennie Mackintosh, Picasso, Sonia Delauney, Malcolm Liepke, Chagall and Jolomo amongst others. I am also very interested in Modernism, Figurative art, Art Deco, the Naive Art movement and Cubism.
